Cancellation and refund policy

1. Cancellation by the guest
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or telephone.

1.1 Cancellation deadlines and refunds

• Within 24 hours of booking: a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation at least 7 days before arrival: a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.

1.2 No-show
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued and the full cost of the stay will be charged.

2. Booking changes
Any request to amend a booking (including changes to dates, the number of nights or the number of accommodation units) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation by Villa Cybèle
In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, a serious technical issue or unavailability of the accommodation), Villa Cybèle reserves the right to cancel a booking. In such cases, the guest will receive a full refund, and no additional compensation may be claimed.

4. Force majeure
No refund or compensation may be claimed if a cancellation results from a force majeure event (such as a natural disaster, pandemic or government restriction). Rescheduling may be considered, subject to availability.

5. Refund procedure
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking. Processing may take between 7 and 14 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
